What is return tracking?

This section explains the importance of return tracking and what you can use it for.

From here you can trace all the movements of your exchanges or returns. Review history and export information  

To access, go to the left menu and click on Tracking -> Returns Tracking.

From this module you will be able to see all the information of an order:
  • Order number
  • Creation date
  • Shipping code
  • Customer Name
  • Address
  • Postal or zip code
  • Refund or exchange method
  • Order Status
  • Return Methods
  • Actions



    By clicking on the detail you will be able to see the information divided into sections:

 

Order Overview


In "General Information" you can view information about the order and change the status.

 

In "Service" you can detect whether it is a pick up or drop off. Scroll down to see it. 

 

In "Ship from" you can view the customer's data.

It is essential to pay attention to this section, as sometimes users' information can be incorrect. Here you will have the possibility to modify for example the email and phone number of your customers.

 

In "Ship to" from you will be able to see information about the destination.
