Release Notes 4.2.5 (10/09/2026)

Faster Drop-Off Point Display — No Waiting for Distance Calculations

What's Changed:

For brands with a small, fixed number of drop-off locations, drop-off points now appear instantly in the returns portal without waiting for distance calculations. Previously, every time a customer reached the shipping method step, the system called an external mapping service to calculate distances — even when only one or two fixed points were available. Now those points are shown immediately, making the returns flow noticeably faster. If a customer wants to see full distance details, they can still tap to expand and distances are calculated on demand.

Grading View Now Loads Significantly Faster in iF Platform

What's Changed:

The Grading section in iF Platform — where warehouse teams review and validate returned items — now loads much faster. After investigating the root cause of slow load times, the underlying query has been optimised, reducing load time by over 50%. Warehouse operators can now access the grading queue and process returns more efficiently, with no changes to how grading itself works.

Removed Products No Longer Shown in the Returns Portal

What's Fixed:

When a merchant edits a Shopify order and removes a product before it is shipped, that product no longer appears in the customer returns portal. Previously, customers could see products they never received, labelled as "already returned", which caused confusion and unnecessary support contacts. Now the portal only shows products the customer actually received. If only some units of a product were removed, the remaining units are still shown and can be returned as normal.
