Release Notes 3.2.0 (06/05/2026)
GLS Tracking — Improved Reliability
What's Changed:
The way tracking information is retrieved for GLS shipments has been updated to improve reliability for high-volume brands. Instead of querying the GLS API directly — which has strict request limits that were being exceeded — tracking data is now retrieved automatically from a file provided by GLS on a regular basis.
Tracking statuses continue to appear in iF Platform as before. This change is fully behind the scenes and requires no action from merchants.
Label Issues — Full Visibility Regardless of Contract Type
What's Changed:
The Label Issues page now displays all label errors, including those generated under an iF Returns carrier contract — not just errors from the merchant's own contracts.
Previously, labels that failed under an iF contract were not visible to merchants, meaning they had to contact support to investigate or resolve them. Merchants can now view and act on all label creation errors directly from the Label Issues page, regardless of which contract the label was created under.

BuyXGetY Discount — Grading & Refund Change
What's Fixed:
When a return was submitted for an order that included a Buy X Get Y promotional discount, the system was marking items as checked but not processing the refund. This has been corrected.
A new configuration option is now available at shop level to enable refund processing for orders with BuyXGetY discounts. When activated, items from these orders are correctly refunded during the grading step. Default behaviour for existing shops is unchanged.
Inpost Integration — Drop-Off & Label-Free Support
What's Changed:
Support for Inpost drop-off points (PUDOs) has been introduced, enabling customers to search for and select an Inpost drop-off location in Spain and Portugal based on their address or coordinates.
For label-free drop-off, a QR code is now generated automatically and included in the shipping label response — so customers can go to the drop-off point and present the QR code without needing to print anything.
The carrier name is also now included in the drop-off point results, ensuring the correct brand is displayed for each country where Inpost operates.
