Select the return reasons so that your customers can return and/or exchange their products.
Step by step
To configure the return reasons click on the left side menu Settings > Return reasons.
- Turn on the reasons with the icon on the left that you think are important for your customers to exchange or return the product.
- For each reason there are two columns in which you will have to confirm the checkboxes you are interested in:
- Request Image: Your customers will be able to upload an image. This can be important for example if they have received the product with a damage
- Mandatory image: If you want to make it mandatory for them to upload an image.
‼️Always remember to click on the "Save" button to apply new changes
This is how your customers will see the return and exchange screen. Your customers will be able to leave you comments on why they are returning or exchanging the product.
