New IBAN Fields: Country and City Now Required at Confirmation

What's Changed:

When a return requires bank account details (IBAN), customers are now asked to provide their country and city in addition to the existing account information. These fields appear on the confirmation page and must be filled in before submitting the return request. This helps ensure accurate processing of bank transfers for applicable return methods.

Cleaner Pricing in the Returns Portal — Net Amounts Only

What's Changed:

The returns portal now shows only the final price you paid for each product, after any discounts have been applied. You will no longer see the original crossed-out price alongside the discounted price. The summary on the confirmation page is also now organized into two clear sections — Refunds and Exchanges — making it easier to understand exactly what you will receive back and what costs may apply.
