Improvement - Bundle Improvements
What's Changed:
Two improvements have been made to how bundle returns are handled in Platform, improving clarity and preventing mistakes when managing bundle items.

Bundle title displayed on Platform

All items belonging to a bundle return now display a bundle title in the article information section. This makes it immediately clear to merchants that the items are part of a bundle, avoiding any confusion when reviewing or managing the return.

Refund method locked at bundle level

Previously, it was possible to change the refund method of a single item within a bundle, which could lead to inconsistencies and mistakes. This has been corrected:

It is no longer possible to set a different refund method for individual bundle items.
Return Portal - UX Modifications
What's Changed:
-
Two copy improvements have been made to the return portal to reduce customer confusion during the exchange and refund selection steps. No functional or logic changes have been introduced.
What's New:

Clearer exchange step header

The exchange variant/size selection step previously displayed a generic header that did not communicate the purpose of the step clearly. Customers were selecting the same product and size, mistaking the step for a return confirmation rather than an exchange.

The new copy applies to all brands using the exchange flow and is fully translatable via the existing localization system.

Refund label fix

The resolution method label "Return of the amount" has been corrected to "Refund of the amount" globally across all brands. The fix applies to all supported languages.

Returns by Region: Multi-Country Support
What's Changed:

The "Returns by Region" table in Operational analytics now populates correctly for all countries, not just Spain.

The underlying data source has been updated to support regional data across multiple countries. The "Returns by Region" table now populates correctly for all supported countries.

New fields for Cash on Delivery processing
What's Changed:

The banking details form shown to customers during Cash on Delivery returns has been updated to collect more precise information and includes a new optional BIC field and IBAN format validation.
