Label Issues for the Brand Admins
If you want to activate this feature please contact Customer Support team
- Now users who have a Brand Admin permission are able to so Label that produced errors
- Go to transportation -> click on Label Issues
- Brand Admins are able to se Brand-actionable Issues, Issues caused by Brand.
- Brand Admins are able to see Issues only related to their store.

- If there are more than 1 store then Brand Admins can filter them by selecting the Brand.
- It is also possible to filter labels by: Country, Carrier Code, Error Type, Error Category and date of creation

Use the billing address when the pickup at store (Salesforce only)
- When a customer select delivery method as a Pick-up-at-store and then create return with a pick-up the system produces error.
- The new logic allows to avoid it by using customer's billing address
