PUDO y pick-up in store: ask address (Salesforce only)

  • A new configuration that request confirmation of the address if the shipping method of the original order was pickup in store, or pickup in carrier point or pickup in carrier locker

  • When a customer enters the order the portal with ask to confirm the original address to ensure the pick-up is going to be collected correctly. 
  • If a customers don't provide address it will not be possible to proceed with the return process.

Bundle Improvements

  • We have created a new configuration that allow to handle bundles

  • Here are the following parameters:
    • Only the entire bundle can be refunded. If a customer select to refund 1 item and 1 item for exchange the system will not allow to do it.
    • Bundle Items can be exchange individually 
    • If the the bundle was partially fulfilled it is not possible to refund the fulfilled item, a customer can only exchange it 

  • This is how the bundle title will look like on Portal
