Create Return Without Order ( Manually )

A new flow for clients who purchased items in physical stores and don't have online order number

 

How does it work? 

  • A client can click on the "I don't have an order" button in case there is no Order Number

  • Once client clicked on the button he/she will be asked to fill in details to be able to create a return order

  • On same page a client can upload a receipt of purchase. It is optional and can not be changed to "Required" 

 

  • Once the information is filled in a client will be asked to fill in information of the article. It contains:
     
    1. Purchase Date
    2. Name of article
    3. Size
    4. Price
    5. Additional Details

  • A client can add/remove multiple articles

 

  • At the end of process we ask a client to confirm articles that have been selected 

 

  • Once a client confirms articles a normal flow will start with options to select the return reason and refund method 
  • Once the return order is created you will be able to see it on the "Manage Returns" panel and all information that was introduced by client. 

 

Create Users in IF platform 

New initiative by IF Returns team that will allow merchants add/edit/delete users from shops. 

 

Where I can find it? 

  • Scroll down to the very bottom and find User Management tab. Click on it. 

 

What I can do with it? 

  • Click on "Add user" to add new user

 

  • A user will be automatically added to the shop brand you are in 

 

  • You can also add a new user to various shops

  • A user can be assigned to one of the User Group: 

1. Brand Fulfiller

2. Brand Preprinted Label

3. Brand Admin 

4. Brand Staff

5. Store Operator

 

  • Click on the "Save" button to add/ update a user 

 

  • You can filter users by email, name or user group

 

  • To edit click on the "Pencil" icon. To delete user click on the "Trash" icon that is on the right side

 

NOTE: When you delete a user from one shop you automatically delete the user from other shops that the was assigned to

 

If you want to remove a user only from one shop simply click on the "Pencil" icon to edit and remove the shops. 

 

By default you can not remove a user from the shop you are currently in. 

 

If you want to remove a user from one shop you need to go to another shop and remove him/her from there. Check the video how to do it ⬇️

 

 

Rule → “Line Item eligibility” translations

A small improvement allowing merchants modify text in different languges to the block items rule

 

  • Go to the Rules and click on Add rule or Edit icon

 

  • Add new rule action called Block specific line items and modify text as you want. 

NOTE:  You are able to put maximum 25 characters. 

 

  • This is what a client will see when tries to select specific item
