A real-time visibility into the return journey, setting clear expectations, and reducing customer service overhead.

How does it work?

Once a customer confirms a return order a confirmation page appears with “Track Your Return” button.

 

Clicking on the “Track Your Return” button will move a customer to the next page where he/she can find a detailed information regarding the Return Order.

 

Here are details a customer can see:

- From this panel a customer can also download a shipping label.

A customer can also acceses to Order Tracking from email by clicking on the “Track Your Order” button
