Refund Delivery cost Shopify v2 

  • An improvement to refund delivery cost in Shopify Version2

Keep in mind that it is a delivery costs that a customer paid for the order purchase, not for the return request

 

To activate the refund delivery cost option you need to do the following: 

  •  Navigate to "Rules" on the left sidebar -> on the new screen click on the "Add rule" button 
  • In the "Set of actions" select: 
    • Shipping -> Refund Delivery Costs
  • Select the value as "True"
  • Once you set up your conditions and rule name with description click on "SAVE" button

 

  • If the rule is active customers will see the information about refunding delivery cost

 

  • On Return Control panel on the right side of overview you will see information about delivery costs. If you checkmark the box then the delivery costs will be refunded.  

  • If it is unchecked then the delivery cost will not be refunded 

 

  • Below on the Timeline you will see information about the refund

 

  • On Shopify at the bottom you will see information about refund as well

 

 

A custom message in product selection page

  • Ability to set a custom message in the product selection page 

You need to contact Support Team to activate this functionality 

  • When the functionality is activated customers will see a panel with text above the articles. It can be customized in all languages available on the Portal.  

 

Mails v2 Corrections and Updates 

  • Now merchants that work on Shopify V2 are able to configure branding page of email. 
  • Go to "Personalized Emails" -> "Branding"

Make sure your shop is configured to Shopify V2


  • This is what you can modify:
    •  Logo Header
    • Text Color Header
    • Text Color Footer
    • Background color footer
    • Footer Information
    • Link to the shop site
    • Social Profile

  • Once the changes are "SAVED" and applied this is what your customers will see:


 

Update Shopify information when reschedule pickup 

  • Updating the associated return number in Shopify

 

Allow to set the merchant's email in the notification 

  • A new feature to allow merchants to set the sender email

To set the email please contact Support Team

  • When customers create Return/Exchange order they will see your merchants' email address on email notification.
