Operations Dashboard

Dashboards with analytics will allow you to understand the value we bring to your business by managing returns and exchanges. This tool will allow you to track detailed and valuable information, which will help you to take better decisions.

 

To access to the Operations Dashboard click on Analytics and Insights -> Operations

 

In this section, you will be able to see at a glance the average time your returns take at each stage of the exchange or return process, as well as the most relevant data on total returns and exchanges.

 


Times at each stage


Within this section we provide you with information about the average times it takes for returns to complete each stage of the process.
Specifically, you are informed about the following average times:

  • From order creation to transport; 
  • From pick up/drop off to receipt;
  • From receipt to refund.


Filters

You can filter the results by Date Range, Today, Last 7 days, Last 40 days, Last 90 days.

 


About your returns


In this section, you can find operational information on the following aspects:

1. Total number of returns. 

2. Total number of returned products.

3. Return and Refund methods most used by your customers.

4. The 5 most common return reasons and the comments your customers have left with the return request.

This information is essential to improve the return process and offer a better service to your customers. 


Most returned products

In this section, you will find relevant information about the most frequently returned products. On the vertical axis, the percentages are shown and on the horizontal axis you will find the name of the product and the number of units returned.

 

In addition, you will find two graphs showing the countries and regions in Spain with the highest number of returns.

This information is important to identify patterns and trends in returns and to make strategic decisions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
