Client Dashboard

Dashboards with analytics will allow you to understand the value we bring to your business by managing returns and exchanges. This tool will allow you to track detailed and valuable information, which will help you to take better decisions.

In this dashboard you have a complete overview of the current status of pending shipments and refunds, as well as the most relevant data, including the total retained value and the satisfaction surveys of your customers who have requested an exchange or refund via the portal, as well as via post-refund email.

Pending operations
In the initial section, you will find:

1. A complete overview of the total number of shipments, together with the incident rate for each shipment method.

2. You will also be able to view the pending refunds, together with the corresponding percentage of each refund method requested by your customers.

You can filter the results by Date Range, Today, Last 7 days, Last 40 days, Last 90 days.

Retained value

In this section, you can find information about the total value retained by iF (this is the sum of exchange and store credits). Depending on the selected time range, you will be able to consult the current value, as well as the corresponding historical information. In addition, you will be able to view a graph showing the variation of returns by method (refund to payment method vs. exchanges + store credit) over time.

In this section, you can check the satisfaction of your customers after requesting an exchange or return through the portal. The NPS (Net Promoter Score) is used, which is calculated by subtracting the percentage of promoters (scores of 9 and 10) from the percentage of detractors (scores of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6).
