Add users on iF platform

In this article we will show you how to add, edit or delete users

Where I can find it? 

  • Scroll down to the very bottom and find User Management tab. Click on it. 

 

What I can do with it? 

  • Click on "Add user" to add new user

 

  • A user will be automatically added to the shop brand you are in 

 

  • You can also add a new user to various shops

  • A user can be assigned to one of the User Group: 

1. Brand Fulfiller

  • Grading ->  Section to validate the status of an article.
  • Return Tracking -> Follow-up to all requests for return/exchange of the brand.

2. Store Operator

  • Grading -> Section to validate the status of a returned item.
  • Manage returns -> Only to approve the validation of orders that will be delivered in a physical store assigned to the user.
  • Return Tracking -> Tracking of all return/exchange requests assigned to the physical store assigned to the logged-in user.

3. Store Admin 

  • Analytics and Insights -> Visualization of the analytical reports of the brand.
  • Transportation -> Access to the labels and tracking information of all brand return requests.
  • Manage Returns -> Visualization of all the return/exchange requests of the brand, without being able to execute any refund or approve change.
  • Return tracking -> Follow-up to all requests for return/exchange of the brand.

4. Brand Staff

  • Analytics and Insights -> Visualization of the analytical reports of the brand.
  • Transportation -> Access to the labels and tracking information of all brand return requests.
  • Manage Returns -> Display of all brand return/exchange requests, with the option to approve refunds, exchanges and gift card, as well as approve requests in the needs validation section
  • Return tracking -> Follow-up to all requests for return/exchange of the brand.
  • Settings -> Access only to be able to change the branding of the portal

5. Brand Admin

  • Analytics and Insights -> A look at brand analytics
  • Transportation -> Access to the labels and information of tracking of all orders of the brand.
  • Manage Returns -> Access to all the orders of the brand, approve refunds, exchanges and gift card. To approve orders in the needs validation section.
  • Return tracking -> Access to all orders of the brand and edit brand statuses.
  • Settings -> Access to modify Refund methods, return policies, return reason, return methods, creation and editing of rules, modification of branding, modification personalized emails, view the APIs & Webhooks, user management view.
  • Subscription -> Possibility to select another subscription plan subscription.

 

  • Click on the "Save" button to add/ update a user 

 

  • You can filter users by email, name or user group

 

  • To edit click on the "Pencil" icon. To delete user click on the "Trash" icon that is on the right side

 

NOTE: When you delete a user from one shop you automatically delete the user from other shops that the was assigned to

 

If you want to remove a user only from one shop simply click on the "Pencil" icon to edit and remove the shops. 

 

By default you can not remove a user from the shop you are currently in. 

 

If you want to remove a user from one shop you need to go to another shop and remove him/her from there. Check the video how to do it ⬇️
