See the Drop-off Store Directly in the Transportation View

What's Changed:

A new Store column has been added to the transportation management view in iF Platform. Operators can now see at a glance which physical store is associated with each drop-off return — without having to open the full return record. This makes it faster to monitor and process drop-off store returns, especially when handling large volumes.

Choose Where "Explore Other Methods" Takes the Customer

What's Changed:

The "I want to explore refund methods" button that appears when a customer is choosing a variant exchange can now be configured to take them directly to a specific alternative option — such as a gift card or store credit — rather than always showing the full list of methods. This makes the experience cleaner and more direct for customers who are not interested in an exchange, and gives brands more control over the return flow.
