Find What You Need Faster in iF Platform

What's Changed:

Searching and filtering in iF Platform is now much faster and more consistent across all admin pages. Product Sizing and Label Issues have been updated to use the same modern filter bar already used in other areas of the platform. Personalized Emails, User Management, and Rules Configuration pages now have search and filter options too. You can combine multiple filters at once, results update instantly, and a single click resets everything.

Choose Your Own Icon for the Pending Payment Block

What's Changed

The icon shown next to the payment link on the returns confirmation page can now be changed to better match your brand. You can choose from a set of payment-related icons — such as a card, banknote, clock, or alert symbol — or set your own custom image. If you don't change anything, the existing default icon stays in place.

New Carrier Option: Vinted Go Drop-off

What's Changed:

iF Returns now works with Vinted Go as a drop-off carrier. When a customer chooses this shipping option, a label is generated automatically and sent by email. Tracking updates are received in real time as the parcel moves through the network — from drop-off to delivery. Vinted Go offers competitive rates for drop-off returns and is available for brands operating in Spain.

Drop-off Store Map Now Shows the Full Address

What's Fixed:

When a customer selects a drop-off point on the store map, they can now see the full address — including the store name, street, and city. Previously only the store name was shown, which made it hard to know exactly where to go. The same complete address is also shown on the shipping instructions page after the customer confirms their return.
