Coping metafields in Shopify

  • We added a new configuration that allows to copy metafields. To activate it please contact Customer Support Team

  • Here is a list pf parameters that are allowed to be copied:

    • boolean

    • color

    • date

    • date_time

    • dimension

    • json

    • link

    • money

    • multi_line_text_field

    • number_decimal

    • number_integer

    • single_line_text_field

    • url

    • volume

    • weight

       

New configuration that block copying specific metafields

  • It is possible block only specific metafields instead of all metafields. Please contact Customer Support Team to configure it

  • When the configuration is set up the mentioned metafields will not be copied

 

Tag fixes for exchanges

1. A new configurations that all to copy tags in Shopify


2. The tags have the following format:

  • SKU:{Refund Method}:{Price}

3. The tags are appeared once a return order is created

  • If you cancel a return order the tag will be removed automatically


4. If a customer creates a return with 2 articles with same SKU and same Refund method the tag will shown the following order: 

  • SKU number, return number (R1, R2, etc) order of item (1 - first item in the order details), Refund method (OPM), Price.

5. When an exchange order is created a new tag is added that indicates the original order
