Pick-up via Phone

A new option within the pick-up return method that displays a different return method for pick-up

 

To activate the option merchants need to contact Support Center

 

  • Once customers select the option they will have to call to the carrier center to schedule a pick-up.
  • The carrier's phone number will be send via email.
  • This is an example of how the "Pick-up via phone call" would look like:
