Rules messages when the order is loaded with query string parameters
- When returns portal is opened by using query string any restrictions created by rules will be applied without entering Order Number and Email/Phone.
- Also, if order number or email/phone are incorrect the portal will automatically indicate the error.
New mail for reception completed
- We have added new email template for the event when the Package is at warehouse.
- You can customize your email from personalized emails:
- On the side bar panel find and click on "Personalized Emails" and then click on "Personalized Emails" tab.
- Find email template called "Package arrived at warehouse"
- If case you don't see the template simply click on "Update Templates" button and try to look for it again.
