Allow modify return windows for specific orders on iF platform

Ability to let customers enter the order and create a return for expired orders

How it works?

  1. Go to “Return Policies"

  2. On "Return Policies" page in case you have more than 1 shop please select the shop you want to modify an order

  3. Scroll down and find “Exception order return deadline” section

  4. Here you can put any order that has expired deadline

  5. Enter the order number in the field and press ENTER on your keyboard to add the order

  6. You can add 2 or more orders

  7. You can also delete the orders

  8. Click “SAVE” button to apply to changes

  9. Go to iF portal and enter the order

  10. The system will not consider the expiration and a customer can easily enter the order

Allow access on Salesforce Commerce Cloud registered users on the guess user flow

  • Registered users can now access to order using iF portal. 
  • The system will recognize the clients credentials and will let to enter the order
