Tracking Return allows merchants to be updated regarding the current status of the Return Order Shippment.
How you can do It?
Go to the left side panel and click on the "Return Tracking". You will see a page with all orders that are being shipped.
Click on the "Green eye" icon of any order.
On the open window navigate and click on the "Transportation"
You will see a panel with Shippment Progress.
There are 5 stages that are available to merchants:
1. Requested
2. Pick up in Progress
3. Pick up Completed
4. Shopping in Progress
5. Shopping Completed
Below you can find the Date of Pick up Request and the Pick up Date
Every time the status is updated you can track the history of shippment below the Current Service. You can check on what day and at what time the action was completed.
