1.Include Contact Info in Order Details

 

Now merchants can see customers' email and cell phone number in Return Control → Contact Details to communicate with them!

 

To see this information on the “Return Control” navigate and click on Manage Returns → Click on “Open” or “Needs Validation” tab → Navigate and click on the "Green Dollar” Icon
