This configuration allows merchants to set up the Refund Delivery Cost based on the conditions.
To configure this Action you need to do the following:
Let's imagine we want Refund Delivery cost for items that are valued less than 200€.
Go to the Settings -> Rules page and then click on "+ Add Rule" button.
1. Put the Rule Name and Description
2. Click on the "+ Add Conditions" then select "Price of Products to be Returned" and click on "Confirm" button.
In "Operator" field select "Is less than" and in "Value" field put 200
3. Click on the "+Add Action" button
Select:
"Shipping" and click on "Next Step" button
Select "Refund Delivery Cosy" then click on "Confirm" button.
In the "Value" field there are two options:
- True - means that the Delivery cost will be Refunded
- False - the Delivery Cost will not be Refunded
In our case we select "True" value.
Go to the top of the page and click on "Save Changes"
This is what the customer see:
If the Item price is less than 200€ then a customer will see Refund Delivery Cost on the summary page.
If the Item price is greater than 200€ a customer will not see Refund Delivery Cost on the summary page.
