Shipping label endpoint to store carriers errors (ECL)

A new page in the Transportation page to see all label that produced errors

  • Go to Transportation -> Label Issues

  • You will see two tabs: 
    • Error creating label
    • Manual label 

Error creating label

  • You can search orders by name, shop ,email 

  • You can filter order by 
    • Origin Country -> it is possible to select multiple origin countries. 
    • Destination Country
    • Carrier Code
    • Date of creation

 

  • By clicking on the arrow icon you will see the error of label creation 

  • You can reprocess the order 

  • Or dismiss it 

Manual label

  • Same as with Error creating label you can filter and search orders 

  • You can mark label as sent if the issue is solved

 

New filter for refund status

New Refund Statuses on Manage Returns page

  • Fully Refunded -> All line items have been successfully refunded. 100% of the line items are in “refunded” status. 
  • Refund Failed -> The entire refund process failed for any reason. All line items were supposed to be refunded, but all failed.
  • Not Refunded -> The refund process hasn’t been initiated for any line item. All line items are in a state where no refund action has been triggered. 
  • Partially Refunded -> Some items were successfully refunded, but others haven’t been refunded or triggered yet. At least one line item is refunded, and at least one remains untouched.

 

Filter Manage Return Page by Created At Last 3 Months when loading the page

From now on every time a merchant enter the Manage Returns page the filter "Created" by last 3 months will automatically apply. 

 

  • When you switch between tabs the filter will be activated
