Allowing COD (Cash on Delivery )orders to be closed with refund and closed

A couple of updates in refund flow when it is a manual payment method.

  • When the payment method is manual (e.g. Cash on delivery) at the moment of creating a return order the system will ask to provide IBAN number and Customer name

 

  • In Manage Returns page on the Order Information window when you click on "Create Original Payment Method & Close" the system will ask you to acknowledge the refund 

  • Next you click on "Create Manual Refund" 

  • After the order and closed you will see this icon with the information 

  • From Shopify you will the information about pending refund

 

Improvements in Smart Solutions

Now it is possible to configure Smart Solution after customers select refund method.

  • What combinations are available? 
    • Display Smart Solutions after customers select return reason 
    • Display Smart Solutions after customers select refund method
    • Display Smart Solutions after customers select return reason and refund method

  • What you can display? 
    • Show all products
    • Show gift card
    • Show store credit
    • Show all variants
    • Show same variant
    • Show smaller size variant
    • Show bigger size variant

Security Update - New user in DOMS

More access to the Brand Admin user group.

  • What Brand Admin can now do? 
    • Can add new users to the shop that he is assigned to. 
    • Can delete / edit users from the shop he is assigned to.
