Allowing COD (Cash on Delivery )orders to be closed with refund and closed
A couple of updates in refund flow when it is a manual payment method.
- When the payment method is manual (e.g. Cash on delivery) at the moment of creating a return order the system will ask to provide IBAN number and Customer name
- In Manage Returns page on the Order Information window when you click on "Create Original Payment Method & Close" the system will ask you to acknowledge the refund
- Next you click on "Create Manual Refund"
- After the order and closed you will see this icon with the information
- From Shopify you will the information about pending refund
