Clone rules

Ability to clone a rule in the same or different brand shop.

 

You are able to clone rules in other shops only if other shops are enabled to you

  • If you see this dropdown menu then you can duplicate rules in other shops otherwise it will not be possible to do it. 

 

There are rules you can't duplicate by default: 

  • Configure return method

  • Configure price

  • Turn off return method

 

How to clone a rule? 

 

  • Go to Rules 

 

  • Navigate on circle with 3 dots icon

 

You can: 

  • Duplicate rule in the same brand shop
  • Duplicate rule in other brand shop 
  • Delete rule
 
  • Once you duplicate the rule it will appear at the top of all rules and put the following name format: 
Copy {Original rule name}

 

If you want to duplicate rule to other brand shop simply click on "Duplicate Rules in other instance" 

 

Then you will be asked to select the shops you want to duplicate. You can select one or more shops. 

 

  • Once you select the shops click on the Clone button.

 

  • On the shop you have selected you will see a duplicated rule

 

 

Turn off Carrier - rule improvement

Ability to turn off a specific carrier in a service

 

How does it work? 

  • Go to Rules -> Add rule -> Add action -> Shipping -> Turn off return method
  • Select the service you want to turn off and carrier. 

 

  • Save changes to apply new rules

 

  • This is availabe Correos Drop-off service before the rule is activated

 

  • This is after the rule is activated. As you can see there is no Correor option. 

 

Other possible configurations: 

It is possible to disactivate all carriers that have same Service. For example if you select Drop-off service and other fields are enabled then all carriers that are drop-off will be disactivated. 

 

Select service and label configuration

What does it mean? 

It means that all carriers that are Drop-off service and are not label free will be disactivated.  If it is true then only carriers that are label free will be disactivated. 

 

  • To check a carrier is label free or not simply navigate Return Methods -> check the label free column. If you want to mark it contact Support Team.
