How to create the rules?

You will be able to customize your own criteria for returns and exchanges, ensuring that every aspect of your experience is as unique as your requirements.

Configuration step by step

To access the Rules section you have to go to Settings > Rules.

In the first screen you will see all the rules you have configured in a table.

The table can be filtered so that you can see all the rules, the Enabled and the Disabled ones .

Rules can be activated with the icon , edited with the pencil icon and if you want to delete them you have the trash can icon

‼️The rule displayed last has higher priority over the others. You can change the order by dragging and dropping the corresponding row‼️

  5. Then, you must add the actions by clicking on the “Add actions” button . Continuing with the example: “I want that, if the product has a defect, it is sent to a certain warehouse and that the return price is 0 euros”.

In that example, you have to add two actions: “Change destination” and “Change return method price”.

After adding the stocks, you must select the store that you have previously configured in Settings > Refund Policies. You must also fill in the price

Once you have created the rule, you can save it in active or deactivated state.

If you wish to save the rule without publishing it, simply select the “Save changes” option. This will keep the rule in a draft state, i.e. deactivated, and will not affect the experience of returns and changes.

If you wish to activate the rule, simply select “Save changes ” and activate the switch on the left. In this way, your rule will be enabled immediately. All returns and changes made after the activation of the rule will be subject to its conditions and actions.
