Connect your ShippyPro account and associated carrier accounts for label creation

In iF returns you can use your ShippyPro account to configure the courier companies that will handle the return logistics for each of the geographic areas configured in your return policy. Please, follow the below instructions to configure the merchant’s ShippyPro account in the iF returns platform:
Creation of ShippyPro API Key
Login in your ShippyPro account and select the API option in the left navigation:
Note: make sure that you have your API section active. If not, please contact ShippyPro’s Sales team to activate it.
In the API Keys section, click on the “Add key” option. The API key will be generated automatically:
Be sure to apply the following settings to the generated API Key:
- Type: Full Access
- API Fields Validation: Enable the blocking validation control on all API requests fields
Share the generated API Key (in the previous image the value starting with “06db….”) with the iF returns onboarding team.
