Clearer Address Instructions for Returns and Exchanges

What's Changed:

The address confirmation step in the returns portal now includes a clear message explaining that the address you provide will be used for both your return pick-up and any exchange delivery. This helps avoid delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. The message is automatically shown in the language configured on your store.

Brand Filter in Manage Returns & Return Tracking

What's Changed:

Merchants managing multiple brands in iF platform can now filter their return requests by brand directly in the Manage Returns and Return Tracking views. You can select one or more brands, and the list, counters, and any exports will show only the returns from the selected brands. This makes it easier for multi-brand teams to stay focused on the right returns without switching between accounts.

Customize Your Pending Payment Block

What's Changed:

The pending payment section that appears on the confirmation page — when a customer needs to complete a payment for an exchange — can now be customized to match your brand. You can change the background colour, update the title text, and edit the payment link label. If you don't configure anything, the existing default appearance is kept. Changes can be previewed before going live.

Sizing Recommendations Now Grouped by SKU

What's Changed:

For brands where product sizes are tracked using SKU codes rather than separate ecommerce variants, sizing recommendations are now grouped by SKU prefix. You can configure exactly how many characters of the SKU to use for grouping, so customers see accurate size suggestions based on all products that share the same design — regardless of colour or other variation. This setting is managed directly from iF platform.
