Track Your Return Directly from the Returns Portal

What's Changed:

Customers can now see all their existing return requests directly on the product selection screen when they log in to the returns portal. A "View request" button appears next to each returned product, giving instant access to the tracking page — including the return label download — without needing the original instruction email. This makes it much easier to check on a return or reprint a label at any time.

Shopify Checkout Opens Automatically for Exchange Payments

What's Fixed:

When a customer creates an exchange for a higher-value product (or an exchange with a return fee), the Shopify payment page now opens automatically in a new tab as soon as the return request is submitted. Previously, customers had to find and open the payment link manually, which caused confusion and drop-off. The checkout experience is now seamless and immediate.
