Notification - New emails templates for grading and Need validation:
Overview:
Two new automated email notifications have been introduced to keep customers informed during the need validation and grading stages of their return or exchange.
What's New:
Need validation Rejection Email
A new email is automatically sent to the customer when a merchant denies all items in need validation

Grading Notification Email:
A new email is automatically sent to the customer when a merchant completes grading/validation of their return items, informing them of the status of each item.

The email is sent immediately after grading — it does not wait for refund or exchange approval.
Configuration:
Both emails are fully configurable from the Personalized Emails section in DOMS:

Each email can be activated or deactivated independently per brand.

Email text is fully customizable from the personalized email section.


Salesforce Commerce Cloud: products out of catalog
What's Changed:
The return portal now handles products that are no longer active in the brand's store catalog. Previously, these products were invisible in the return portal because iF Returns could not retrieve their details from SFCC by product ID.
What's New:
Instead of relying solely on a product ID lookup in SFCC, iF Returns now falls back to retrieving product information directly from the order data. This ensures out-of-catalog products can still be displayed and managed in the return portal.
