Text customization for return methods on iF portal

Merchants are now allowed to change text in return methods page in XR4
To be able to change the text merchants need contact customer support team
- This is what you can customize:
- Title
- Description
- Location Link

New variable in Personalized mails
A new variable called: manufacturerSupportUrl
- The variable is not available by default on the list of variables in personalized emails.
To make the variable work you need:

Go to Shopify
-
Find an article you want to assign tag

Write in the following format:

ManufacturerSupportURL:: (URL you want to put)

Example:
ManufacturerSupportURL::google.com

4. After you add a tag go to Personalized emails on iF platform
5. Select the template where you want to put variable

6. Insert the variable: manufacturerSupportUrl

7. Click on the save button

When a customer creates a return order and email with variable will be sent

If an order contains 2 articles the variable will show 2 tags in case there are tags for each article

QR / Label code Inpost

Merchant now can configure to send label or QR code when customers select Inpost carrier
It is possible to sent QR or label in the following conditions:
Origin of order is one of ES, PT, FR, BE, NL, or LUX and destination is ES
If the order does NOT come from: ES, PT, FR, BE, NL, or LUX we will only send the regular shipping label, not the QR code
