      Release Notes 2.0.2 (2/06/2025)

      Refund product amount and shipping cost in the same transaction

      • When customers create a return order and the item is refunded clients can also allow to refund shipping costs
      • It refunds only once. If customers creates other returns of same order the shipping costs will not be refunded twice or more. 

      Keep in mind that the shipping costs is the cost at the moment of item purchasing not returning. 

       

      Add the notification for the brand when a custom documentation is needed

      • Аully-localised e-mail notification that is sent to the merchant whenever a return originates outside the EU, clearly listing the required customs documents and next steps.
